Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before you use the App. By downloading, installing, registering, signing in, or otherwise using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms govern your use of the App and related services provided by the operator of Page Trail (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The App offers reading logs, bookshelf management, reading progress tracking, optional ambient or focus audio, charts and statistics where available, and related features (subject to what we actually make available on the iOS and Android stores).
If a future version introduces accounts, registration, sign-in, security obligations, and account deletion will follow the rules we publish at that time. Whenever you use the App, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your device and credentials secure.
If we offer paid features, subscriptions, or other digital items through the App, purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) and/or Google (Google Play) as applicable. Your payment relationship is with the platform provider under their terms and billing rules. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Refunds and subscription management follow the store’s policies unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

The App’s design, code, trademarks, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the App at any time; we may suspend or change the services where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Page Trail’s operator is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
